Naturalis Energy Developments was formed as a Joint Venture by Renantis and REG Wind Power to deliver 200MW of wind and solar energy projects across the UK. Naturalis combines the experience of the UK-based renewable energy developer REG with Renantis’s expertise in engineering, procurement, construction, financing, and sustainability. Renantis and REG are pleased to be working together to contribute to the UK’s important goal of reaching net-zero emissions by 2050.
Renantis exists to build a better future for all by powering people’s everyday lives with care. It develops, designs, constructs and operates onshore wind farms, solar PV plants, floating offshore wind farms and energy storage facilities globally. Headquartered in Italy, Renantis has delivered renewable energy since 2002. The company’s plants span the United Kingdom, Italy, United States, Spain, France, Norway and Sweden, with a total capacity of 1,420 MW in operation.
REG Windpower is one of the UK’s leading developers of small and medium sized wind farms. It is a subsidiary of REG Power Management, which has been developing new renewable energy projects since 2005.
The team at REG are dedicated to generating the clean energy that we need to shift to a zero-carbon future. To date, REG Power Management and its companies have developed over 1GW of wind, solar and bioenergy projects in the UK, Poland and Canada, with over 40 projects built and in operation today.
