As well as helping to reduce energy costs for billpayers, our wind farms support local communities in a diverse range of ways, from planting trees to improving local energy efficiency.

For the lifetime of Mynydd Fforch-Dwm Wind Farm, we will provide the local community with an investment package worth £5,000 per MW installed.

We are working with the local community to design a community investment package that responds to local needs and interests. We will be seeking your feedback at local events ahead of construction.

We are also exploring options for local people and individuals and public sector organisations to invest in the project, as part of our commitment to local ownership.
